Mika has been my main coach for 6 years. He is responsible for the big picture, the basis of my training cycle. He is also in close contact with my doctors and other coaches to be in touch with my condition at all times. He is the former head coach of the Finnish Weightlifting Federation.
Functional training and motor control
Antti is a crossfit coach, and knows everything about it. He also built my upper back, which didn't exist two years ago.
With Miska I do a lot of my sprints, jumps and dexterity training.
Miska is my doctor, who controls my training and recovery balance. He is also responsible for my nutrition, especially before competitions when I have to lose weight without losing strength.
Mikko works at SUHK, but is also involved in several other projects. Many weightlifters in Helsinki trust Mikko's insights and views. Mikko reviews a lot of my lifts with my coaches, so they can point out problematic areas and solve them.
